Dilium and Zakeke introduce a new scalable solution to generate realistic 3D models from photos, directly on Mac

3DtoMe for Zakeke: the macOS app revolutionizing 3D modeling for e-commerce

A new frontier in 3D modeling on Mac

The new application is the result of a collaboration between dilium, an innovative SME in the field of Spatial Computing, and Zakeke, a global leader in visual commerce and online product customization solutions.

Thanks to 3DtoMe for Zakeke, every Zakeke user can create realistic 3D models directly from simple photos taken with their Mac, with no need for advanced technical skills.

“We wanted to offer an intuitive, powerful solution that integrates perfectly with the Zakeke ecosystem,” says Donato De Ieso, CEO and Co-Founder of dilium. “With this app, we aim to make 3D accessible to all businesses, helping them digitize their products quickly and easily.”

3D models ready for visual commerce

Once generated, the models are automatically optimized and integrated into the Zakeke platform, ready to be used in:

  • Online 3D configurators
  • Augmented reality experiences
  • Dynamic product customization systems

The technology developed by dilium allows the creation of high-fidelity digital twins that are lightweight and optimized for e-commerce, enhancing the user experience and increasing conversions.

A strategic project between two industry leaders

The collaboration between dilium and Zakeke marks a major step forward in 3D modeling for digital commerce. dilium, recognized by Apple for its innovation, has already surpassed 2 million views on the App Store with its Apple Vision Pro applications.

Zakeke, with over 10,000 clients in 130 countries, continues to innovate in the Visual AI-Commerce space with solutions such as the 3D Configurator, Augmented Reality, Virtual Try-On, and advanced tools for interactive product personalization.

“The integration with 3DtoMe is a strategic step toward making 3D scalable, accessible, and cost-effective for brands around the world.” says Angelo Coletta, CEO of Zakeke.
